- Uploaded media assets (processed per retention policy)

3. Media Asset Handling
Source assets retained 72 hours post-processing then permanently deleted.
Derivatives retained on edge network until customer-initiated deletion.
No media content used for model training or analytics.
Processing metadata (format, duration, resolution) retained for service optimization.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell data.
Subprocessors:
- AWS (compute infrastructure)
- Cloudflare (edge delivery)
- Stripe (payment processing)
All subprocessors bound by data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- TLS 1.3 in transit
- SOC 2 Type II certification in progress
- Regular penetration testing
- Role-based access controls
6. Data Retention
- Processing logs: 90 days
- Billing records: 7 years
- Account data: duration of account plus 30 days
- Media assets: per retention policy above

30-day response SLA.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify customers via email of material changes 30 days in advance.
